TOURIST VISA:
LIST OF DOCUMENTS
To obtain a Tourist Visa to the Republic of Kazakhstan, all applicants are required to submit the required documents as follows:
- Copy of the invitation letter (with a reference number), which has undergone necessary procedures in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Proof of employment/income (e.g. Company letter& company business registration ordinance/Student ID & A supporting letter from parents with their bank statement for the past three month & their passport copy);
- A completed visa application form (incomplete application form may serve as a reason to deny an applicant of a visa);
- One passport-size photo (in colour) of the applicant;
- An original passport of the applicant (please note that the passport must be valid at least six months after visa's date of expiry);
- Copy of the applicant’s passport (first page);
- Copy of the applicant’s Hong Kong Identity Card;
- Visa payment confirmation (bank slip, internet banking transaction advice, ATM advice etc.) *no cash or bank cheques will be accepted*
- Applicant’s personal Bank Statement for the past three month (printouts from the internet banking are accepted);
- Address proof (e.g. copy of utility bill);
- Flight booking (internet booking printout is acceptable);
- Info on accommodation in Kazakhstan (e.g. hotel booking, flat owner’s permission to reside on premises and proof of ownership etc.);
- Proof of travel insurance (e.g. travel insurance copy);
Note: If the applicant travels to Kazakhstan for business related purposes he/she should get a business visa;
